Historical traffic data - recovering

Great news! Looks like historical traffic data is recovering after all.

One of the sample routes before and now: changes are evident

Speeds are no longer route type defaults, but are also different than it used to be. Probably old history is gone and new is being collected.

Another sample route, crossing border at Narva:

Few segments  near the border stays at the same fixed speed, while other that used to be fixed became variable. Primary street stays around 30 km/h, perhaps did not collect enough traffic yet. We'll have to check it again later.
